We replicated the bride's dream gastro pub menu. 250 guests enjoyed Baby West Mersea Oysters,Pea Pancetta Brulee, Scallops with Samphire, Lentils and Chilli,Roast Sirloin of Beef, Bearnaise Sauce, French Fries, Salad, Organic Chocolate Cake, Vanilla Pod Ice Cream topped with Espresso. Fantastic!
