Mustard’s fine dining menus are created by our executive chef, Karl Thompson, using only the finest seasonal ingredients. All of our suggestions are bespoke in nature and can therefore be adapted to suit personal taste preferences.
While the quality of our food is of course paramount, we also pride ourselves on the presentation of each course, right down to the finest detail which adds depth and subtlety to the flavour.
Nothing is too much, and we regularly serve dishes which could be deemed classic or contemporary – describe your wildest dreams and we will endeavour to translate them to your plate!
