We prepare the food at Mustard and cook it on site to ensure freshness and the best flavours and we do not buy in any food product that we can make better ourselves.

We respect food, have a great passion for it and search extensively in the markets of the UK and Europe for the best available produce. Closer to home, we pride ourselves on selecting Lamb, Beef and Poultry from small well-managed farms that use less intensive, traditional farming methods.

We make everything from scratch including all our stocks for sauces.
